What a delightful stay at La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Spa! the staff, particularly Ms. Anna, Mr Mark, Jimmy, and Thomas, were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. Their assistance with early check-in and local recommendations truly enhanced our experience. the room was not only beautifully designed but also equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a minibar. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the vibrant streets of Hanoi and visit nearby attractions. From the warm welcome drink to the convenient shuttle services, La Passion Hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of hospitality and comfort. Can't wait to return for another memorable stay!
